Goods & Services
Prices and availability of goods and services are subject to change and all prices include VAT.ﾠWhilst we try and ensure that all prices on www.youthgonewilduk.com are accurate sometimes errors do occur. If we discover an error we will inform you as soon as possible. We'll give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order if you do not wish to pay the difference. If you choose to cancel your order, and you have already paid for the goods or services, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that due to us being an online store, we can not guarantee that we will be able to make any amendments to the order once it has been placed. If the wrong item has been ordered and delivered, you will need to return the items to us at your cost for an exchange or refund.
Delivery
The driver may make a second attempt on the next business day and a third attempt on the following business day, if necessary. Where available, your shipment may be taken to your nearest UPS Access Point location™ for collection. Refer to the information on the UPS InfoNotice® left by your driver.In the unlikely event that an item is missing from an order or you have not received your order, we require contact within 14 days (UK Mainland) or 28 days (International) from when the order was placed.
Please do not refuse a delivery from the courier company.
Returns
We offer a 30-day returns period for unused goods starting from the day after delivery. In order for returns and exchanges to be accepted, the ordered items need to show no signs of having been used or worn. Items that are returned showing signs of use will be sent back to you without refund or exchange, unless they are proven to be faulty from the point of sale. The customer will be responsible for any return costs, however we do not impose a re-stocking charge.
If we have missed something or sent the wrong product, a claim must be made within 7 days of delivery. When a claim has been made, our team will keep you up to date with the progress of your full and correct order. If the incorrect goods have been sent, we will require the return of the incorrect goods before dispatching the correct item(s).
Warranties
We offer a 30 day warranty for most goods starting the day after delivery; so if you encounter any issue with your goods that you believe to be a manufacturing fault, please feel free to contact us. Please note that our warranty won't cover scooters subjected to extreme use.
If the goods supplied are proven to be faulty, we will do our best to replace the goods with the same or a similar item, fit for purpose. If for any reason we are unable to obtain the item(s) needed, a refund to the full amount of the product will be issued.
www.youthgonewilduk.com cannot replace or warranty any scooters used in extreme sports or at a skate park due to the nature of use they are put through.
Refunds
If you have requested a refund and it's been confirmed by one of our team as issued, please be aware that refunds can take up to 3 working days to appear in your account. If you've not received the funds after this time, please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
International Orders
In some rare cases, international customers may have customs duty to pay on delivery. We try to avoid this where we can for customers, however the customer is liable for paying any customs tariffs in place for their country. Should the customer refuse to pay this, they will be liable for the postage costs spent to send the goods out and to get it returned.
Our Liability
Whilst we endeavor to ensure that all of the information displayed on the www.youthgonewilduk.com site is correct, we will not be liable for any damages or injuries arising from the use of/ inability to use/ or any action or decision made as a result of using the www.youthgonewilduk.com site and information contained here.
